Angel Eyes is a mixed reality graphic novel series, created to explore new storytelling formats aimed at Multi-format content distribution.
Designed for first release in VR and distributed on Meta Quest 2, the project showcases a new XR global format including an AR exhibition of the cover art via Web AR.

Project Delivery
Angel Eyes is an original story created by Matt McCartney in collaboration with legendary Graphic novel artist Andy Lanning from ‘Ideas & Inks’. The primary aim of the production was to explore new storytelling formats for Sky’s ‘Innovation & AI’ department.
Intended to appeal to comic book fans, the VR series was commissioned by Sky to demonstrate original IP translation of 2D art into layered 3D storytelling formats for audiences of the future using a new wave of Immersive Hardware.
